Looking inward, we find for new ways of running your business in the areas of supply chain management and IT strategies. We refer to those opportunities for improvement as White Space.
We serve small and medium-sized businesses where the founders, owners and management team are busy running the business. They are looking for help in one of two ways. Either the executives are looking for an outsider they can confide in and collaborate with on strategic issues, or they are looking for expertise and help with a specific challenge they face.
Our business model is simple.
We only take engagements where:
